Conducting Comprehensive Title search, Technical Due Diligence and preparing
Detailed reports on the land parcels or constructed commercial / residential buildings, proposed to be purchased or leased out.
Arranging all Commercial / Residential / Hospitality And Education Sector related approvals; Licenses Sanctions and NOC’s from various Government Departments or concerned statutory bodies.
Lay out plan sanction / building permission from Municipal Corporation or State Urban / Industrial Development Authority.
Environmental Clearance from MoEF.
NOC from Airport Authority of India with regard to building height.
Consent to Operate and Consent to Establish under State Pollution Control Board.
Completion / Occupation Certificate from Building Department / State Development Authority / Town & Country Planning Department.
Regular compliances related to M.O.E.F and State Pollution Control Board.
Sewerage Connection from State Development Authority / Municipal Corporation.
To comply with all the Safety Norms during Construction as well as operational phase prescribed / framed under State’s Building and Other Construction Workers Rules.
Registration as Principal Employer under Contract Labor Act.
Registration as Principal Employer under BOCW Act AND various other Compliances related to said Act.
Registration of all the Contractors as Principal Employer for their work under BOCW Act (to ensure that Contractor get it self registered).
Electrical Load Sanction from State Electricity Board and release of load thereafter.
Permission for Excavation from Mining Department.
Water permission from State Development Authority / Municipal Corporation OR Boring Permission from Central Ground Water Authority.
Initial Fire Approval and at last Final Fire NOC.
Explosive License in case there is a diesel tank being installed.
Consent to Operate and Consent to Establish under State Pollution Control Board.
Completion / Occupation Certificate from Building Department / State Development Authority / Town & Country Planning Department.
Provident Fund AND ESI compliance related to Workers / Employee / Laborers at site (to be complied by contractor but ensured by Principal Employer).
Regular compliances related to M.O.E.F and State Pollution Control Board.

Single Line Diagram Approval from Chief Inspectorate of Electrical Department.
Service Estimate Approval from Town & Country Planning Department.
Factory License from Chief Inspectorate of Factories.
Permission to Lease from Local Development Authority.
Solar Scheme Approval from The Department of Renewable Energy.
Permission for Temporary Site Office from Local Development Authority.
Registration Certificate as Importer of New Lead Acid Batteries from Central Pollution Control Board.
